The bookshelf combines three elements most central to my current state of being: books, time (the hourglass shape), and mathematics.

O! learn to read what silent love hath writ:
To hear with eyes belongs to love's fine wit.

I am moved by fancies that are curled
Around these images, and cling:
The notion of some infinitely gentle
Infinitely suffering thing.

Glittering cities:
song, stories, mathematics -
but with a difference.
